The ALTUM VILLA project was designed by Architect G. Gökçen Atmaca and Civil Engineer Yiğit Atmaca for four separate plots (497-497-485-509) totaling 1,988 m² of land, in accordance with the request for detached villas. The plots have not been consolidated, and all villas have been designed as completely independent. We have provided project design and contracting services.Villa No. 1, with a total construction area of 385 m² (345 m² + 40 m² (pool)) on a 497 m² plot, has been occupied and life has begun. Villa No. 2 has a total construction area of 373 m² (330 m² + 43 m² (pool)) on a 497 m² plot. It has been approved for occupancy and is ready for sale. Villa No. 3 has a plot area of 509 m² and a construction area of 373 m². It has been created for investors who want an unfinished villa. The plot for Villa No. 3 is also available for sale with a 994 m² plot area option if desired.

Land Location
Located in the Döşemealtı district in the north of Antalya, 100 m from the Düzlerçamı Forest, Antalya's oxygen reservoir, it has a magnificent forest view from three sides. While Antalya's center elevation is 40 m, Döşemealtı's elevation is 350 m. Therefore, humidity is lower and the air temperature is approximately 4 degrees lower than in Antalya. The most sought-after area in Döşemealtı is the Yalınlı-Yeşilbayır neighborhood. It is an established area with many mansions in the vicinity.
